| Day 3 | Rome | Rome : After a continental breakfast, we enjoy a morning half day Eternal Rome Tour. We will visit the beautiful Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona. | Day 4 | Florence | Rome - Assisi - Siena - Florence : Early morning departure for Assisi, the mystic town of Saint Francis that is still surrounded by ancient walls. Visit the Basilica of Saint Francis with its early renaissance masterpieces by Giotto and Cimabue. Proceed on to Siena, the beautiful medieval city renowned for the Palio. Then, off to Florence for dinner and overnight. |
| Day 5 | Florence | Florence : This morning we will have a guided sightseeing tour of the "Cradle of the Renaissance." Visit the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John, the Academy of Fine Arts Gallery housing the "David" by Michelangelo and the Santa Croce, the 13th century Franciscan church with Cimabue's famous crucifi x. Rest of the day at leisure for optional sightseeing or shopping. Dinner and overnight in Florence. |
| Day 6 | Venice | Florence - Padua - Venice : After breakfast, depart for Venice via Padua where we will visit the famous Cathedral of St. Anthony, guarded by Donatello's "Gattamelata." Continue on to Venice. Upon arrival, we enjoy a guided walking tour of this unique city. We will see the Piazza and Basilica of St. Mark, the Doges Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons. Then, visit a glass factory to see the molding of glass. Dinner and overnight in Venice. |
| Day 7 | Venice | Venice : This morning, after breakfast, enjoy a day at leisure. Enjoy optional tours to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello by motor launch. Dinner and overnight at our Venice hotel. |
