DAY 1: ARRIVE ROTORUA-MAORI HANGI (FEAST) & CONCERT
Transfer by shuttle to your hotel. Minutes from the city center, geysers of steaming water roar from the ground. There are towering volcanos (extinct) and geothermal fields around Rotorua. This evening, you will experience the pre-European lifestyle and customs of Maori ancestors as you enter a Maori Village. Tribal songs and dance performances are a highlight. DAY 2: ROTORUA'S FAMOUS ATTRACTIONS
Your 1/2-day tour today includes a visit to Te Puia Thermal Reserve and the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute. View mighty geysers, boiling mud pools, and the traditional arts and culture of the Maori people. Next stop is Rainbow Springs-a unique showcase of New Zealand's flora and fauna including New Zealand's national icon, the kiwi bird. Enjoy a farm show that will give you insight into New Zealand's interesting farming history.
DAY 3: DEPART ROTORUA
